Terms of Use

1. Definitions

• App: The ScoreHunter mobile application and related websites
• Developer / We / Us / Our: iCat Studios
• User / You / Your: The person who uses the App
• Service: All features and content offered by the App
• Content: Match data, prediction lists, leaderboards, trophies, user profiles, and all other in-app data

2. Nature of the Service — IMPORTANT

2.1 ScoreHunter Is Not a Gambling Application

ScoreHunter is a football knowledge-based prediction and entertainment application. The following points constitute the fundamental nature of the App and must be clearly understood by users:

• The App is a skill-based game, NOT a game of chance
• The App does NOT contain betting terminology (coupon, odds, handicap, margin, jackpot)
• No betting odds or win multipliers are offered for any match in the App
• All matches are equal in value for prediction purposes — no match is "worth more" than another
• The App allows football enthusiasts to compete using their knowledge and intuition in a fun environment
• The primary purpose is entertainment, football culture, community building, and knowledge sharing

2.2 No Money Deposits or Cash Prizes

• It is NOT REQUIRED to spend real money to play the App or participate in competitions
• The App does NOT include features for placing bets with real money or gambling
• The App does NOT promise real cash prizes to winners
• The App contains NO elements of gambling, games of chance, lotteries, or wagers
• All users participate in competitions on equal terms
• Paid features such as Pro membership do not affect competition results — they only provide additional features that enhance user experience

2.3 Promotional Rewards

The Developer may, at its sole discretion, occasionally award promotional prizes (jerseys, footballs, digital gift cards, symbolic gifts, etc.) to top-performing users. The following terms apply to such prizes:

• Prizes are promotional in nature and are intended to encourage user engagement
• Prizes are NOT guaranteed — they are awarded only as part of campaigns announced by the Developer
• Prizes are NOT given as real cash — they are provided only as physical or digital gifts
• The granting, distribution, and delivery of prizes is solely the responsibility of the Developer
• Apple Inc., Apple App Store, Google LLC, and Google Play Store bear no responsibility whatsoever for these prizes
• Address, identity, or other information may be requested from prize winners by the Developer solely for the purpose of prize delivery

2.4 Age Restriction

The App is intended for users over the age of 13. Persons under the age of 13 may not use the App. By using the App, the user represents that they are over the age of 13.

3. Account Creation and Use

3.1 Creating an Account

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account using either Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. When creating an account:

• You must provide accurate and current information
• You must declare your date of birth correctly
• You may not create an account using someone else's identity
• You may not create an account using false or misleading information
• A person may only have one account

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. To maintain account security:

• You must safeguard your Apple ID or Google account
• You must not allow others to access your account
• You must inform the Developer immediately of any suspicious activity

3.3 Account Termination

The Developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraud, cheating, or misleading behavior
• Harassment, insults, or hate speech directed at other users
• Creating multiple accounts
• Use of automated software, bots, or cheating tools
• Behavior contrary to applicable laws

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are prohibited when using the App:

• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
• Using automated tools (bots, scripts) to make predictions
• Using inappropriate usernames, profanity, insults, harassment, racist, sexist, or hateful language against other users
• Attempting to circumvent the App's security mechanisms
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting App content without permission
• Sharing spam, advertising, or promotional content (in league names, usernames, etc.)
• Attempting actions that overload servers or disrupt the Service

4.2 Sanctions

If such behaviors are detected, the Developer reserves the right to suspend the user's account, remove them from leaderboards, or permanently delete the account without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Ownership of the App

The ScoreHunter name, logo, visuals, design, source code, content, and all intellectual property rights belong to iCat Studios. These contents are protected by:

• Copyright
• Trademark registration
• Trade secrets
• Other applicable intellectual property rights

5.2 Third-Party Content and Trademarks

The App displays third-party content, including but not limited to football match data, team and league names, player names, and visual assets such as team and league logos. This content is provided through our data partner, API-Football, and is the property of its respective owners — including football clubs, leagues, federations, and other rights holders. ScoreHunter does not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material displayed in the App.

ScoreHunter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to any league, federation, club, competition, or organization referenced or displayed in the App. All third-party names, logos, and trademarks are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes under the principle of nominative fair use.

You agree that:

• You will not extract, copy, redistribute, or otherwise reuse third-party content displayed in the App outside of normal personal use;
• You will not use the App to infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party;
• Any commercial use of third-party content displayed in the App requires you to obtain your own license or authorization directly from the relevant rights holder.

If you are a rights holder and wish to report unauthorized use of your trademark or copyrighted material within the App, please contact us at support@scorehunter.app. We will respond to legitimate takedown requests within thirty (30) days and remove or replace the disputed content where appropriate.

5.3 User Content

Content you create while using the App (prediction lists, league names, username, profile information) is your property. However, by using the App, you grant the Developer a free, unlimited, and transferable right to display, store, and share this content within the App and with other users.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 Service Provided "As Is"

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". The Developer makes no warranties regarding:

• That the App will operate error-free, uninterrupted, or securely
• That match data, scores, or statistics will always be accurate and up to date
• That prediction results or scoring will always be calculated on time
• That there will be no server outages
• That the App will work on a specific device or operating system

6.2 Match Data and Third-Party Content

Match data, scores, lineups, minutes, and statistics are obtained from a third-party API service (API-Football). The Developer cannot be held responsible for the accuracy, currency, or completeness of this data. By using the App, the user accepts that delays, errors, or omissions may occur in the data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoreHunter and iCat Studios make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of match data, team information, statistics, or any other third-party content displayed within the App. All such content is provided "as is" through our data partners, and ScoreHunter shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or delays in such data.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

The Developer is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Data loss
• Material or moral damages
• Loss of potential trophies, prizes, or rankings
• Device malfunctions
• Third-party service disruptions

7. Apple and Google Disclaimer

7.1 Regarding Apple Inc.

This App is distributed through the Apple App Store for the iOS version. In this context:

• Apple Inc. bears NO responsibility whatsoever for this App or its content
• Apple cannot be held responsible for App malfunctions, errors, failure to deliver prizes, or any other matter
• Apple Inc. has no obligation whatsoever if the App violates these Terms of Use
• Maintenance, support, and user services for this App are solely the responsibility of iCat Studios
• Any prizes, contests, campaigns, or promotions offered within the App are independent of Apple Inc. — Apple is in no way a sponsor, organizer, or administrator of such matters
• Apple Inc. is exempt from any liability for legal issues or claims arising within the App
• The App and its content must respect Apple's intellectual property rights
• Users of the App cannot direct any claims directly against Apple Inc.
• Apple Inc. is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce these Terms when necessary

7.2 Regarding Google LLC

This App is distributed through the Google Play Store for the Android version. In this context:

• Google LLC bears NO responsibility whatsoever for this App or its content
• Google cannot be held responsible for App malfunctions, errors, failure to deliver prizes, or any other matter
• Maintenance, support, and user services for this App are solely the responsibility of iCat Studios
• Any prizes, contests, campaigns, or promotions offered within the App are independent of Google LLC — Google is in no way a sponsor, organizer, or administrator of such matters
• The Google Play Store is solely a distribution platform for the App and bears no responsibility for the content or operation of the App

7.3 Apple Sign-In and Google Sign-In

The App uses Apple Sign-In and Google Sign-In services for authentication. The operation, maintenance, and security of these services belong to the respective service providers. The Developer cannot be held responsible for any disruptions or issues with these services.

8. Paid Features and Subscriptions

The App may offer paid features ("Pro Membership" or similar). When paid features are added:

• All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Payment, refund, and subscription management are subject to the policies of the respective platform
• Refund requests must be submitted to Apple or Google — refund requests cannot be sent directly to the Developer
• Paid features only provide users with additional experience — they do not affect competition results or rankings
• Paid features do not guarantee winning — all users are equal in competitions

9. Game Rules and Mechanics

The current game rules, scoring mechanisms, mini-game descriptions, and ranking calculation methods of the App are displayed within the App. The Developer reserves the right to change game rules without prior notice. Significant changes will be announced via in-app notifications.

10. Service Modification or Termination

The Developer may, at any time and for any reason:

• Modify, add, or remove App features
• Temporarily suspend the App
• Terminate the App entirely
• Discontinue the Service in certain regions

Users may not claim any compensation due to such changes.

11. Changes to These Terms

The Developer reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will:

• Be published on this page
• Refresh the "Last updated" date at the top
• May be sent as in-app notifications

Continuing to use the App after the changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved by the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
